The Opportunity
We’re looking for self-motivated Sales Associates to help us connect with businesses that are ready to grow. This fully remote, commission-based role is built for self-starters who want flexibility and uncapped earning potential.
You’ll focus on outbound relationship-building and early-stage sales conversations. Once a prospect becomes a client, our internal team takes over delivery and account management. You stay focused on what you do best: opening doors and building relationships.

- Need guaranteed income or can’t handle commission-only work
- Are uncomfortable with outbound prospecting and regular follow-up
- Prefer highly structured environments with constant supervision

What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach
- Build trust-based relationships through confident, consultative conversations
- Introduce prospects to Funnel’s services and qualify strong-fit opportunities
- Work with leadership to hand off ready-to-sign clients to our delivery team
- Manage your own schedule, outreach, and follow-up cadence

Compensation
- Earn 10% of all revenue generated by your clients for the duration of their partnership with Funnel
- No earning cap—your effort determines your income
- Paid monthly based on collected revenue
- Independent contractor role (1099)
This structure rewards relationship quality and client fit, without requiring ongoing account management.

Professional Requirements:
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Based in the US and available to connect during EST business hours
- Communicate consistently and stay responsive to internal messages
- Maintain regular outreach activity—flexibility doesn’t mean disappearing
- Track your activity in our CRM and provide regular updates
- Follow our sales process and represent Funnel professionally
- Take feedback constructively and be coachable
- Availability for periodic team check-ins
Experience in digital marketing or sales is helpful but not required. We provide training. What matters most: mindset, work ethic, and people skills.
Finally, we value quality over quantity. Overselling or misrepresenting our services will end the partnership immediately. We’re building long-term client relationships and need partners who represent our brand with integrity.
