Service Providers We Use

We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our website and manage our communications with you. These providers may process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

HubSpot

We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform provided by HubSpot, Inc., as a third-party service provider and data processor.

Information you submit through our newsletter signup forms and contact forms may be transmitted to, received by, stored in, and processed within HubSpot on our behalf.

HubSpot is not owned, built, or operated by Funnel Digital Marketing. We are a customer of the platform and use it to manage contact records, respond to inquiries, and send marketing communications you have requested.

HubSpot’s processing of this information is also governed by HubSpot’s own privacy terms.

You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing message or by contacting us using the details below.

Advertising, Analytics, and Remarketing

We use third-party advertising and analytics platforms to promote Funnel Digital Marketing, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand how visitors interact with our website, and reach people who may be interested in our services.

These platforms may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our website and in connection with our advertising.

Depending on the technology being used, this information may include:

  • pages you visit;
  • links you click;
  • your browser or device information;
  • your IP address;
  • interactions with our advertisements;
  • how you arrived at our website; and
  • actions you take on our website.

We may use this information to:

  • measure advertising performance and conversions;
  • understand how visitors arrive at and use our website;
  • create and measure advertising audiences;
  • show advertisements to people who have previously visited or interacted with our website or content; and
  • improve the relevance and effectiveness of our marketing.

Advertising Platforms

We currently use or may use advertising services provided by platforms including:

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Meta may collect information through advertising technologies used on our website or through interactions with advertisements we run on Facebook and Instagram. This information may be used to measure advertising performance, understand conversions, create advertising audiences, and show advertisements to people who have previously interacted with Funnel Digital Marketing.

Meta processes information according to its own privacy policy. You can learn more at facebook.com/privacy/policy and manage certain advertising preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

LinkedIn. LinkedIn may collect information through its advertising technologies, including, where applicable, the LinkedIn Insight Tag. This information may help us measure advertising performance, understand website activity resulting from LinkedIn advertising, measure conversions, create advertising audiences, and conduct remarketing.

LinkedIn processes information according to its own privacy policy, and LinkedIn members can manage certain advertising preferences through their LinkedIn account settings.

Other Advertising and Analytics Platforms. We may use additional advertising or analytics platforms from time to time. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to measure advertising performance, understand website activity, create advertising audiences, and support remarketing.

Where these services collect or process personal information through our website, their handling of that information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Information collected through these advertising technologies may be transmitted to and processed by the applicable advertising platform. Depending on the platform and your settings, the platform may combine this information with other information it already holds about you.

Your Advertising Choices

You can manage certain advertising preferences directly through the privacy or advertising settings provided by Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.

You may also control or disable certain cookies through your browser settings and any cookie-management controls available on our website.

Disabling cookies or advertising technologies may not prevent you from seeing advertisements, but the advertisements you receive may be less personalized.

You may also be able to opt out of certain personalized advertising through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Where required or permitted by law, personal data may be provided to others, such as regulators and law enforcement agencies.

For example, information may be disclosed in response to a court order, subpoena, law enforcement request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or to protect Funnel Digital Marketing, our website, customers, employees, and business partners from fraud or other malicious activity.

All of the categories of personal information under CCPA described in the Your California Rights section may be used by us or shared with other parties for these purposes.

We may also use and share personal data as otherwise disclosed to you when collecting your personal information or as otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell or rent personal data about you to third parties for monetary compensation.

Your Choices

You have certain choices about how we use your information.

You can control cookies and certain tracking tools through your browser settings and other available privacy controls.

You may choose not to receive marketing communications from us. You can ask us to stop such messages at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the message.

Please note that even if you choose not to receive marketing communications, you may still receive non-marketing communications, such as responses to your inquiries or notices regarding your account or our relationship with you.

You may also manage certain personalized advertising preferences directly through the advertising platforms you use.

Your EU/EEA Rights

Under EU data protection law, where applicable, we are required to advise you of the legal basis for processing your personal data.

For the most part, the processing of your personal information is based either on:

(a) our legitimate interests related to providing services you have requested or otherwise managing your relationship with us; or

(b) your consent, where requested.

Where provided under applicable law, you may have the rights below.

If you exercise these rights and there is any question about your identity, we may require you to provide information that allows us to verify who you are.

Object to our processing of your personal data. You may object where we rely on our legitimate interests or those of a third party and you believe the processing impacts your fundamental rights and freedoms. You may also object where we process your personal data for direct marketing or profiling purposes.

Access your personal data. If we hold personal data about you, you may request information about it, including a description and copy of the personal data and information about why we process it. We may require you to verify your identity before granting access.

Request the transfer of your personal data. Where applicable, we may provide you or a third party you have chosen with personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Request erasure (deletion) of your personal data. You may ask us to delete or remove personal data in certain circumstances. We may be required to retain certain information by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Request correction or updating of your personal data. You may ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you.

Request the restriction of our processing. In certain circumstances, you may ask us to restrict our processing of your personal data.

Withdraw your consent. Where you have provided consent to our processing of your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before your consent was withdrawn.

Make a complaint. We will do our best to resolve any complaint. If you believe we have not resolved your complaint, you may have the right to make a complaint to your local data protection authority.

Your California Rights

This section describes certain rights California residents may have under applicable law and how to exercise those rights.

To protect the security of your personal information, we may not honor a request if we cannot reasonably verify your identity or authority to make the request.

4. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available to you under applicable privacy law.

This includes denying goods or services, charging different prices or rates, providing a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggesting that you may receive different treatment because you exercised a privacy right.
